I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, don’t worry! Here’s how we can sort things out:
1. Return Criteria:

Contact Me: Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery if you wish to initiate a return.

Return Period: The item should be received back within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means no signs of use, no damage, and in the original packaging. If items are not returned in this condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value, which may be deducted from your refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or Personalized Orders: These special pieces are uniquely made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: Sale items are final – these cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Me: Simply email me at info@osonoart.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions: Once everything is sorted, I will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
Free Shipping and Returns: No worries – shipping and returns are on me! Return shipping costs will be refunded once I process the return.
5. Refund Process:
Fast Refunds: After the item arrives and is inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please allow a little extra time for the refund to appear in your account.
